The menu is inspired by classic European breakfasts, reworked through a distinctly Velvet point of view. It’s familiar, comforting food with just enough edge to keep you thinking about it long after the table’s cleared. Warm oat porridge with lactose-free milk, vanilla, and honey, centred with Greek yoghurt, layered with raspberry jam and fresh berries, finished with a dark chocolate semi-sphere, house-made granola, and a strawberry glaze.
